Where is my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your candle may already be in production. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
My candle arrived damaged. What do I do? We are so sorry. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we will make it right.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? We would love to work with Catholic bookstores, parishes, and retreat centers. Reach out to us at [your email address] to start a conversation.
