Thank you for supporting Incensum. Every candle is hand poured in small batches in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, and prepared with care before it ever leaves our hands. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

A Note Before You Order
Incensum is in its final pre-launch phase. We are not yet shipping orders. We expect to begin fulfilling orders within 4 to 6 weeks. We will announce our launch on Instagram and Substack. Follow along so you don't miss it.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Every candle is made in small batches and inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. During the great liturgical seasons — Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Holy Week — processing may extend to 5 to 7 business days as order volume increases. We strongly recommend ordering early during these seasons.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
All US orders ship for $8 flat rate. We ensure your candle arrives fully intact with secure packaging. Order of $75+ will ship free.
We are a small, faith-driven company and at this time cannot ship outside of the US. Thank you for understanding.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
Standard Shipping — 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping — 2 to 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Incensum is not responsible for carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

Damaged Packages
We package every candle with great care, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please:
— Photograph the damaged item and packaging
— Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@incensumhome.com
— Include your order number and photos
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived, please:
— Check with neighbors and around your property
— Contact your local post office or carrier directly
— Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@incensumhome.com with your order number and we will do everything we can to make it right.
Please note that Incensum Co is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Liturgical Season Notice
We are a small, faith-driven business and the Church's great seasons are our busiest. In the weeks leading up to Christmas and Easter, order early. We want your candle on your altar, your table, or your prayer corner exactly when you need it.
