Incensum Co is a small Catholic candle company operating in Carnegie, Pennsylvania. We hand-pour devotional candles inspired by the sacred scents of the Catholic faith. All orders are subject to the terms outlined on this page.

3. Products

All candles sold by Incensum Co are handmade in small batches. As a result, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur between batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at shipping@incensumhome.com if you need to cancel.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Incensum Co is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Opened or used candles are not eligible for return. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Candle Safety & Liability

By purchasing from Incensum Co, you agree to follow all candle safety guidelines provided with your order and on our website. These include but are not limited to:

Never leaving a burning candle unattended
Keeping candles away from children and pets
Burning candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Trimming the wick to ¼ inch before each burn
Discontinuing use when ¼ inch of wax remains

Incensum Co is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or misuse of our products. By purchasing our candles, you assume full responsibility for their safe use.
