Are Incensum candles available now?
Products marked available may be ordered from the shop. Products marked awaiting release are not yet available for purchase.
What are the candles made from?
Incensum candles are poured in small batches with the wax blend and fragrance information shown on each product page. Each candle page lists the details specific to that fragrance and size.
When will my order ship?
Every Incensum candle is currently hand-poured to order. After your order is placed, the candle must be poured and given sufficient time to cure before it can be packed and shipped.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and curing before your order ships. Once your order leaves the Incensum studio, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Carrier transit time is additional and may vary by destination.
Why does my candle require curing time?
After a candle is poured, the wax and fragrance need time to rest and bind properly. This curing period supports the intended fragrance performance and overall quality of the finished candle.
Because Incensum candles are poured to order rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory, this curing time is included in the order-processing timeline.
Can I request faster processing?
Incensum cannot currently guarantee rush production because every candle requires adequate pouring and curing time.
Customers with a time-sensitive order may contact hello@incensumhome.com before purchasing to ask whether the requested timing may be possible. Expedited production is not promised.
Expedited carrier shipping, when available, does not shorten the approximately 2–3 week production and curing period.
Will my candle arrive within 2–3 weeks?
The 2–3-week estimate applies to production, curing, and preparation before shipment.
Carrier transit time is additional. Delivery timing begins after the order has been shipped and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.
Does my candle purchase support the Traditional Latin Mass?
For every candle sold, Incensum donates 10% of the candle’s purchase price to support the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest and its work of preserving and spreading the Traditional Latin Mass.
